Creator program

If you ran a public test of AI app builders, BuildOff will host a page that credits you and links to your original. When affiliate tracking is live, you earn 30% of the affiliate commission actually generated from that test's page. We do not promise you will earn anything — traffic, approvals, and conversions are uncertain.

Outbound links carry bo_test=<slug> and, for Impact/Lovable when live, subId1=<slug>.

What counts

Commission from affiliate/referral programs BuildOff is approved for, attributed to clicks that left your test page (/tests/<slug>/).
Lovable (Impact) and Base44 are the intended CPA programs; Bolt Cello referral share is pending terms confirmation (friend-referral product — see research notes).
Sponsor deals on the newsletter/site are not part of the 30% unless we explicitly say so in writing later.
Refunds and vendor clawbacks reduce or reverse the share.

How payouts will work (planned)

Vendor pays BuildOff (e.g. monthly Impact / Base44 cycle).
We attribute cleared sales to test slugs via sub-ID / first-party logs.
Creator balance += 30% × net commission for their slug.
Payout monthly when creator balance meets a minimum (planned: $50, or higher if a vendor minimum forces us to batch — Base44's own affiliate min payout is $300 at the vendor layer).
PayPal / bank details collected only after claim verification (not collected on this static form).

Until affiliate approvals and a payout ledger exist, balances stay at $0. Claiming a page does not create a debt.

Ownership verification

To claim a listed test, post a unique code (BUILDOFF-CLAIM-…) from the same X account or on the original URL, then submit the claim form with the proof link. We match author ↔ source manually at launch.

Honest limits (terms-aware)

Base44 expressly allows Sub Affiliates if we inform them and we pay you ourselves (affiliate-terms §11). Cashback to end-users is banned.
Lovable / Impact supports subId1 for per-page tracking; revenue-share to creators should be confirmed against the campaign EIO after approval. Impact MCA restricts incentives to end users.
Bolt / Cello is a personal referral product — we may ask you to use your own Bolt invite link on your page instead of promising a split of our Cello rewards.
Fallback: you join the vendor affiliate program yourself; we place your link on your page; BuildOff earns from sponsors.

Disclosure

BuildOff may earn affiliate commission on outbound builder links. Creator shares come from that commission. Community tallies and (later) harness scores are never sold. See the affiliate disclosure.
